Noah Burton

noahNoah Burton focuses his practice on commercial real estate, corporate law, residential real estate, and commercial litigation. Prior to founding Schwartz Burton, Noah worked as an associate at two of the premier litigation firms in the country, Latham and Watkins, LLP, and Patton Boggs, LLP. Noah has extensive experience closing a wide range of commercial real estate tranactions and broad litigation experience ranging from pre-litigation planning to appellate work. Noah's recent experience includes:

  • Closing a $50 million multi property transaction involving multiple lenders;
  • Representing purchasers in the acquisition of a $40 million nursing home package;
  • Serving as lead defense counsel for an international air carrier in a commercial dispute and achieving a favorable verdict;
  • Obtaining dismissals of two multi million dollar judgments in Federal and State courts;
  • Successfully obtaining a dismissal of all claims against a consortium of Fortune 500 companies in a $100 million lawsuit;
  • Successfully obtaining a dismissal of all claims against an educational institution in a personal injury action; and
  • Participating in the defense of hundreds of contractors and municipal entities involved in the post-9/11 cleanup of Ground Zero.

Noah studied at Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, New Jersey. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2005, where he served as a notes and comments editor on the Rutgers Law Journal and received the Dean's Awards for Excellence in Contracts and Constitutional Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
